The warranty

Bosso's warranty is 5 years on parts and 1 year on labor. In year one, if anything fails, the fix is covered completely. From year two through five, replacement parts are covered and labor is not. That structure is common among permanent lighting manufacturers, and it is worth reading the dealer's own workmanship warranty alongside it, because the dealer is who does the work.

Practically, the failure modes are few. LEDs rated for 50,000 hours do not burn out in the way a bulb does. The things that occasionally need attention are a connection at a joint, a power supply, or Wi-Fi to the controller, and all three are quick service visits for the installer who did the job.
